Bret Grasse, manager of cephalopod operations at the С����Ƶ, recently appeared in a "National Geographic Wild" episode, . Be sure to catch the next airing on June 28 at 8 AM ET.

Bret came to the С����Ƶ from Monterey Bay Aquarium, where as senior aquarist he maintained a collection of cephalopods including the vampire squid, glass squid, and the flapjack octopus. At the С����Ƶ, Bret is leading efforts to develop different cephalopod species as model systems for research and education.
